Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?

Two quick stages. First we prepare, check, and carefully pack your order — usually within 1–3 business days. Then delivery takes around 7–14 business days depending on where you are (we don't ship on Sundays or public holidays). You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it's on its way — and if anything ever takes longer than expected, just give us a shout and we'll happily chase it up for you.

Why does delivery sometimes take a little longer?

We send orders straight from our fulfilment and skip the distributor and retail middlemen that usually sit in between. That's how we keep our prices fair and our quality high — and why we're glad to cover the shipping for you. The trade-off is that delivery can occasionally take a little longer, but we promise it's worth the wait.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do! Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Ordering from elsewhere? Any shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link you can check any time. It can take a day or two for tracking to start updating after you receive it. No link yet? Drop us a line at support@orthowonder.com and we'll send it straight over.

I entered the wrong address — can I fix it?

No worries — just email support@orthowonder.com with the correct address as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll happily update it. If it's already on its way, we'll do everything we can to help.

I didn't receive an order confirmation.

Confirmation emails love to hide in spam or promotions folders, so have a peek there first. Still nothing? Send us a message and we'll confirm your order details right away.

Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?

We want you genuinely happy with your order. If something isn't right, you can start a return for unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery — just reach out and we'll take good care of you.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Easy — email support@orthowonder.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll confirm everything and send you the right return address. Just hold off on sending anything back until you hear from us, since the return address can differ from where your order shipped.

My order arrived damaged or faulty — what now?

Oh no — we're sorry, and we'll make it right fast. Email support@orthowonder.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll sort out a free replacement or a refund as quickly as we can.

When will I get my refund?

Once your returned item reaches us and we've checked it over, we process refunds within a few business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a little longer to actually land in your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

All the usual favourites — every major credit and debit card, plus PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You'll see all the available options at the final step of checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Checkout is fully encrypted and handled through trusted, industry-standard payment providers — so we never see or store your full card details. Your information stays safe from start to finish.

When is my payment charged?

Your payment goes through as soon as you place your order, and a confirmation email with all the details lands in your inbox right after.

How do I place an order?

Open the product you love, pick any options, and add it to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and follow the steps — the whole thing takes about a minute.

How do I know which product is right for me?

Every product page has the full details, options, and sizing where it applies. Still not sure? Send us a message telling us what you're after and we'll happily help you find the perfect match.
